• All sc caste persons above age 50 are eligible this scheme
• Ration card 
• Adhar card 
• Valid Caste Certificate 
• V.R.O & M.R.O Latter 
• Dappu Dress with Photo 
• Medical Officer Certificate or age proof certificate Issued by the mandal Revenue officer concerned Mandal
